Securex Luxembourg rallies for the fight against leukodystrophies
At Securex Luxembourg, commitment and solidarity are at the heart of our company culture. Recently, we had the honor of participating in the “Wear your trainers and beat disease at work” initiative organized by the ELA Association, an event aimed at supporting the fight against leukodystrophies, rare and devastating diseases that affect the nervous system.
A collective mobilization for a noble cause
Over four intense days, our employees, whether working from the office or remotely, took up the challenge of walking for a good cause. Armed with their motivation and the “Put on your sneakers” app, they accumulated an impressive number of steps. Each step taken represented much more than a simple movement; it translated into a donation of 1 cent to the ELA Association.
A tangible and measurable impact
The initiative combined solidarity with health, encouraging our teams to stay active while contributing to an important cause. Thanks to the app, every step was counted, transforming individual efforts into a significant collective impact in the fight against leukodystrophies.
