At Securex, sustainability is not a standalone project but a guiding thread throughout the company’s strategy. As a human-centred organisation, our ambition is two-fold: to enable our employees to thrive and to generate a positive, lasting impact for our clients, their employees, society and the planet.

To realise this ambition, the Securex Group has formalised a long-term sustainability strategy, outlined in its Sustainability Report 2024, with clear objectives for the 2026–2030 period.

In Luxembourg, the Durabili Team brings this vision to life

In Luxembourg, Securex’s sustainability strategy is translated into concrete actions driven by the Durabili Team, a group of committed employees who turn the group’s ambitions into local initiatives.

Daily Actions for a More Sustainable Workplace

The Durabili Team regularly raises awareness among employees about eco-responsible habits: waste reduction, sustainable mobility, energy savings, and internal events promoting team cohesion and well-being. These practical actions embed sustainability into the culture of Securex Luxembourg.

Strengthening Solidarity with Payroll Giving

One of the flagship initiatives is Payroll Giving, which enables Securex Luxembourg employees to support actions led by Padem, with a few euros each month directly deducted from their salaries.

This collective and simple solidarity initiative perfectly reflects the spirit of the Durabili Team: giving everyone the chance to act at their level for the common good. Thanks to employee engagement, Securex Luxembourg has been working for several years with communities around the world through Padem projects.

Securex also offers its payroll clients the option to implement Payroll Giving for their own employees free of charge, allowing them to integrate a strong CSR initiative into their organisation while strengthening employee engagement and positive contribution.
