Before posting the job ad

• Clearly define the role and hiring needs
• Highlight key employer branding elements and company culture

• Write a compliant, accurate and attractive job advertisement
• Declare the vacant position to ADEM

Before hiring (administrative preparation)

• Work permits and residence authorisations for non-EU nationals
• Employment contract signing: mandatory information and specific clauses (probation period, remote work, etc.)
• Salary determination and qualification verification
• Anticipating the mandatory medical examination
• Registration and declaration with the CCSS

Day one: employee onboarding

• Welcoming the employee: introduction to the team, role and tools
