Securex Luxembourg has renewed its Great Place to Work® certification for 2026. This year, the recognition has a particularly meaningful dimension: for the first time, IF Payroll employees also took part in the survey. A collective achievement at an important stage in bringing our two organisations closer together.
Recognition shaped by our employees’ experience
The Great Place to Work® certification is based on employees’ anonymous feedback about their experience at work. Trust, respect, fairness, pride and the quality of relationships between colleagues are all central to the assessment.
In 2026, the survey brought together Securex and IF Payroll teams for the first time. At a time when our organisations are growing closer and new ways of working are taking shape, this certification reinforces one of our core beliefs: people must remain at the heart of every change we make.
