Securex Luxembourg, the HR specialist that places the HUMAN at the heart of all its actions

All our services aim for the same objective: creating conditions conducive to the development of the human resources of our client companies. For this, our main motivation is our belief in humans, their capabilities, and the fundamental role they play in the success of an organization.

Securex, present in Luxembourg since 2004

Mainly active in the HR services sphere, our core activities include payroll management, social law information and training, HR outsourcing, and mobility management.

To date, in the Grand Duchy, our structure generates 7.7 million euros in revenue, thanks to almost 70 employees. They calculate around 24,000 payslips each month and support about 1000 clients daily.

We are here to assist you in managing all operational aspects of human resources, allowing you to fully focus on the success of your business.

Since 2024, Securex Luxembourg has been a founding member of the Luxembourg Payroll Provider Federation (LPPF), an organization that brings together the main payroll players in Luxembourg and aims to drive the sector towards more innovation and efficiency.

The Securex Group

Originating from the Belgian Securex group, Securex Luxembourg is part of an influential and dynamic network on a European scale. The Securex Group has developed and innovated to become a major player in human resources and entrepreneurial support.

In 2022, our group generated a turnover of 307 million euros. With more than 1,900 employees spread across Belgium, France, Spain, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, and 26 regional agencies, we are dedicated every day to providing quality services to 90,000 companies, 140,000 self-employed individuals, and 5,700 partners.

Beyond our services, our commitments

Securex is also sensitive to the human condition of the most disadvantaged and works at its level to redistribute value to those who need it most. We are among the users and promoters of Payroll Giving, a system that allows companies to offer all their employees the option to round up their salary at the end of the month to donate the cents to a humanitarian program run by the Padem association.
