{"id":2638,"date":"2024-09-17T21:43:28","date_gmt":"2024-09-17T19:43:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uvws6q.n0c.world\/la-nouvelle-convention-collective-de-travail-du-secteur-bancaire\/"},"modified":"2024-09-23T21:52:51","modified_gmt":"2024-09-23T19:52:51","slug":"la-nouvelle-convention-collective-de-travail-du-secteur-bancaire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/securex.lu\/en\/la-nouvelle-convention-collective-de-travail-du-secteur-bancaire\/","title":{"rendered":"Labor Agreement for the banking sector"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finally signed for 3 new years!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Signed on 1st August, the new Collective Labor Agreement for the banking sector has emphasized the employability of employees through training and rewards the loyalty and commitment of employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s new in this new collective agreement?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Several new features should please employees who see their efforts rewarded, particularly through the following measures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the payment of an exceptional bonus of 500 euros for all employees in January 2025;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the increase of the loyalty bonus;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the distribution of a financial envelope for 2024, 2025, and 2026 to reward the commitment of employees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the increase in the starting amounts and thresholds of the 4 groups;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the increase up to 10 years for the presumption of competence acquisition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for training as part of an outplacement, the establishment of a minimum budget of 5,000 EUR but with a ceiling of 8,000 EUR;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the annual training budget is increased by 10%;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the allocation of an individual training allowance of at least 16 hours per year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-small-font-size\"><em>The information published in this article is valid only on the date of publication of said article.
