For a company with 100 employees, a reimbursement of up to 15% on the 3% of your payroll invested in training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Increase in INFPC aid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The aid is <strong>increased by 20%<\/strong> for employees trained while they are <strong>without a diploma<\/strong> and with less than 10 years of seniority, or if they are <strong>over 45 years old.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to obtain this State aid for training?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To obtain this reimbursement, <strong>a specific file must be completed and documented <\/strong>with invoices, signed attendance lists, data concerning employees, and payroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">It\u2019s time to prepare!<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You must submit your co-financing application to the National Institute for the Development of Continuing Vocational Training (INFPC) by <strong>May 31, 2025,<\/strong> at the latest.
