True to its values of social commitment, Securex Luxembourg continues its CSR action by supporting a new PADEM project in 2025 thanks to donations collected in 2024, while offering its Payroll Giving system free of charge to its clients.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concrete CSR commitment in favor of inclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This year, Securex Luxembourg employees have chosen to direct their monthly donations towards a major project: training agents and educators in the integration of disabled children in North Kosovo, carried out by the PADEM association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This initiative aims to significantly improve the daily lives of children with disabilities in a region where access to adapted education remains a major challenge. Thanks to the mobilization of our teams, education professionals will receive specialized training to develop inclusive pedagogical methods and adapt their support to the specific needs of these children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 10 years of partnership with PADEM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our support for the project to integrate disabled children in North Kosovo is part of a long-standing collaboration with the PADEM association. For more than a decade, Securex Luxembourg has supported the actions of this NGO recognized for its expertise in child protection and community development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This lasting partnership testifies to our desire to make our CSR commitment sustainable and to create a significant and measurable impact. Over the years, we have seen how these projects concretely transform the lives of many children and their communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payroll Giving: a system accessible to all our clients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
