Our Commitments
Turning our values into lasting impact
At Securex Luxembourg, sustainability is far more than an objective — it is embedded at the core of our corporate strategy, with people at the center and positive impact as our long-term ambition.
This approach reflects the vision of our Group, built on two complementary pillars: Empowering Our People and Driving Sustainable Impact. Together, they ensure we balance performance with employee well-being, environmental responsibility, and meaningful societal engagement.
In Luxembourg, our Durabili Team brings this vision to life through tangible initiatives, from raising awareness around eco-friendly practices to promoting solidarity through Payroll Giving, enabling everyone to contribute to the common good.
Sustainability: A Strategic Foundation at Securex
At Securex, sustainability is a cornerstone of our strategy and the way we conduct business. As a people-focused Group, we firmly believe that economic performance must go hand in hand with individual well-being, environmental stewardship, and a positive, lasting societal contribution.
This commitment is reflected in a structured and ambitious sustainability policy at Group level. It shapes our decisions, our services, and our actions — both internationally and locally.
To ensure transparency and track our progress, Securex regularly publishes a sustainability report outlining our commitments, objectives, and key performance indicators.
Committed to Padem for over 10 years
At Securex Luxembourg, we firmly believe that our role goes far beyond providing administrative and payroll management services. It is with this in mind that for over 10 years, we have been committed to supporting the NGO Padem, an organization dedicated to improving the living conditions of the most vulnerable communities around the world. This collaboration demonstrates our commitment to humanitarian causes and sustainable development.
Promoter of Payroll Giving
We graciously offer all our payroll management clients the possibility to implement the Payroll Giving system. This innovative program allows their employees to participate in a simple yet impactful solidarity initiative: rounding up their salary to the nearest euro to support Padem’s humanitarian projects. The rounding, although modest, accumulated across all willing employees, represents valuable help for those who need it most. These donations are then directly transferred to Padem, supporting various humanitarian projects that make a tangible difference in the lives of people in need. Securex Luxembourg is not only the facilitator of this system; we are also active users of Payroll Giving, a system that fully aligns with our values and our desire to have a positive impact on society.
In 2025, we are supporting the training project for the integration of disabled children in North Kosovo
In 2024, thanks to the incredible generosity of our employees and clients, as well as the substantial participation of the Securex Foundation, we managed to collect €2,330. Every euro contributed by Securex Luxembourg was quintupled thanks to State support, thus reaching a considerable amount of €11,650 that our teams decided to allocate to the training project for agents and educators on the integration of disabled children in North Kosovo, carried out by PADEM, our long-standing partner for over 10 years.
This project aims to improve the inclusion of children with disabilities in a region where access to adapted education remains a major challenge:
- Train education professionals in inclusive pedagogical methods,
- Provide tools and resources adapted to the specific needs of these children,
- Raise awareness in local communities about the importance of inclusion,
- Sustainably improve the quality of life and future prospects of disabled children.
We extend our heartfelt and sincere thanks to our employees, who chose to contribute via Payroll Giving, our clients who participated in our annual satisfaction survey, thus generating an additional donation of €5 for each response, and to the Securex Foundation, whose contribution played a key role in this success.
The Durabili Team, an internal working group to support the UN’s sustainable development goals
To remain constantly active and engaged, we have created an internal working group that meets regularly to implement projects aimed at reducing the impact of our activity on the environment and redistributing value to the most disadvantaged.
Based on the sustainable development goals defined by the UN, the group has initially chosen to focus its action on three main themes: aid to the most disadvantaged, digital pollution, and recycling.
