Signed on June 4 and after several months of negotiations, the new Collective Labour Agreement signed between the Insurance and Reinsurance Association (ACA) and the unions has unveiled several new features that should delight employees in the sector !
The new benefits introduced by the agreement include new bonuses and include:
- Allocation of a “prime de conjoncture” for employees in service on 15 June for the next 3 years;
- Allocation of an exceptional “attractiveness bonus” of a total amount of €1,300, the payment of which will be made in 3 instalments (€500/€400/€400) over the next few years;
- Increase in starting salary scales for new employees;
- Thresholds 1 and 2 are adjusted for all employees;
- 2 hours of the 40-hour training credit will now be dedicated to occupational health and the prevention of psychosocial risks;
- Reduction of training hours for the award of the proficiency bonus;
- Allocation of time credit is granted to the health delegate for the performance of his duties.
Employers and employees will be able to find certain measures, including bonuses, directly on the payroll this June!
